Alaska Solutions Associates LLC is not USCIS, DHS, or a government agency. Official immigration information should be verified directly with USCIS or a qualified legal professional.

MiCaso does not provide legal advice or guarantee immigration results. Educational explanations may be displayed to help users understand case updates, but those explanations are informational only and are not legal advice. General information on our websites, public pages, widgets, or automated tools is not legal advice. Use of MiCaso, the website, contact forms, appointment tools, or messaging links does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship or representative-client relationship. USCIS case status data

MiCaso allows users to enter USCIS receipt numbers to check USCIS case status and understand case updates. USCIS case status data is provided through the USCIS Case Status API when available. Official case status comes from USCIS. MiCaso does not display estimated timelines based on the USCIS Case Status API unless such data is provided by USCIS.

Professional service requests

Alaska Solutions Associates LLC may offer appointment scheduling, document preparation, immigration support, translation, tax-related, business registration, civil wedding, divorce-related, consultation, or other professional service options through the website or related communication channels. Availability, pricing, scope, documents required, and eligibility may vary by service and by the facts of each request. Submitting a form, message, appointment request, or document does not guarantee acceptance of a matter, filing of any application, approval of any benefit, or any immigration, legal, tax, business, or personal outcome.

User responsibilities

• Users are responsible for entering accurate USCIS receipt numbers.
• Users are responsible for providing accurate, current, complete, and lawful information in forms, appointment requests, messages, uploaded documents, and service requests.
• Users are responsible for verifying official immigration information directly with USCIS or a qualified legal professional.
• Users must comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and may not use our websites, services, or MiCaso for unlawful, abusive, misleading, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.

No guarantees

MiCaso cannot guarantee USCIS availability, USCIS response accuracy beyond what USCIS returns, USCIS processing times, approvals, denials, interview scheduling, immigration benefits, or immigration outcomes. USCIS systems may be unavailable, delayed, changed, or interrupted. Alaska Solutions Associates LLC does not guarantee the outcome of any application, petition, filing, appointment, document request, tax matter, business registration, consultation, legal matter, immigration matter, or other service request.

Unauthorized use prohibited

• No scraping or harvesting data from our websites, public pages, widgets, applications, or MiCaso.
• No abuse, interference, or attempts to disrupt the service.
• No excessive automated requests or high-volume querying.
• No reverse engineering, probing, or attempts to bypass security controls.
• No misuse of MiCaso, USCIS API access, USCIS credentials, tokens, systems, or related infrastructure.
• No submission of false, misleading, unauthorized, infringing, unlawful, or harmful information or documents.
• No use of our websites, services, or MiCaso to violate law, infringe rights, or harm other users, Alaska Solutions Associates LLC, USCIS, DHS, or any third party.

Service availability

Our websites, public pages, forms, widgets, communication channels, and MiCaso may be unavailable, delayed, interrupted, limited, suspended, updated, or discontinued at any time. We may modify features, content, service descriptions, security controls, or service availability for operational, legal, security, or business reasons.

Third-party and government systems

MiCaso depends in part on third-party infrastructure and the USCIS Case Status API. Our websites may also use third-party hosting, analytics, embedded widgets, social media platforms, contact forms, payment processors, email providers, messaging services, or other providers. We are not responsible for USCIS outages, USCIS data returned through the API, government system changes, third-party service interruptions, third-party content, or data unavailable from USCIS.

Links and social media

Our websites may include links to third-party websites, social media pages, review platforms, messaging tools, or embedded widgets. We do not control third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their content, terms, privacy practices, availability, or security.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alaska Solutions Associates LLC, MiCaso, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, service interruption, USCIS delays, USCIS errors, missed updates, processing times, approvals, denials, immigration outcomes, tax outcomes, business outcomes, document outcomes, or other results arising from or related to use of our websites, services, communication channels, or MiCaso.

Termination or restriction of access

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any website, application, form, feature, account, or service if we believe a user has violated these Terms, created security risk, abused the service, submitted unauthorized information, or acted in a way that may harm Alaska Solutions Associates LLC, users, service providers, government systems, or third parties.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If you have a concern or dispute, you agree to first contact Alaska Solutions Associates LLC so we can try to resolve the matter informally.
